A. Pre bookings are open for Diwali 2022.
Q. When do pre-orders ship?
A. All orders will start shipping from 10th October onwards on first come first serve basis. Request you to book your FaralBox earliest possible for guaranteed delivery before Diwali.
Q. Do you deliver internationally?
A. Yes, if you are situated outside of India & want to shop in USD, please visit www.faralbox.com.
Q. Are there any Shipping Charges for delivery within India?
A. We charge a nominal shipping fee of Rs.75 on cart value below Rs.300 that are shipped within India and shipping fee of Rs.50 on cart value between Rs.300 to 500. For cart value above Rs.500, there is no additional shipping charge.
Q. Can I send Faral to my friends & family living outside of India?
A. Yes, if you are situated in India and want to send Diwali Faral to friends & family living abroad, you can visit 'Send Faral Abroad' section on the home page and place the order for International delivery. Please note orders for International delivery need to be placed separately and cannot be clubbed with India delivery order.
Q. I am from outside of India, but I see all prices in INR? how do I order?

Q. Can I replace items or customize my FaralBox combos?
A. No, customisation or replacement is not allowed in FaralBox Combos. However you can add additional al-a-carte items to your order as per your wish.
Q. What if I order FaralBox Combo along with al-a-carte items, how will the parcel come to me?
A. If you order a FaralBox Combos along with few other al-a-carte items, the order will be shipped under a single tracking number but it will contain two boxes. FaralBox combo is shipped in one box & all al-a-carte items are shipped in a separate box.
Q. Can i place one single order for delivery in India & outside India?
A. No, you need to place two separate orders for delivery in India & abroad.
Q. What is the ingredients & shelf life of the products?
A. Please refer the product page for details about ingredients and shelf life.
Q. When does my order ship? (Not for Diwali 2022)
A. We usually ship all orders within 2-3 working days, in extreme cases it may take upto a week to ship your order. We always keep you updated via email.
Q. How much time it takes for delivery after my order is Shipped?
A. Deliveries to USA, UK, Canada, Europe & UAE may take upto 5-7 working days. However on an average it takes 3-4 working days.
Q. Who are your shipping partner?
A. We use reputed shipping companies like Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, Amazon Shipping, Ecom Express for all our deliveries within India.
Q. Where do you deliver?
A. We are currently delivering to India, USA, UK, Canada, Europe, UAE. We also deliver to rest of world, but shipping charges may differ.
Q. What about Import duties & taxes?
A. For orders going to USA, there are no Import duties or taxes as of now. However for other countries, import duties or taxes MAYBE levied and the receiver will be liable to pay the same to shipping service provider (DHL, UPS or Aramex) before delivery. Please note, import duty or tax is decided by the country’s customs departments and we do not have any control or say on the same. If the shipment is returned due to non-payment of customs fees, we will not be in a position to issue any refund.
Q. Do you share shipment tracking details.
A. Yes once your order is Shipped, you will receive tracking details on your registered email ID.
Q.Is there a way to order products not listed on website?

Q. What if a product goes bad in shipping?
A. If the product goes bad due to delay in shipment (a rare possibility) we will refund you the respective amount of the product. However, if the shipment is on time and the product is spoiled, we will help you raise the matter to the manufacturer.
Q. What is the mode of refund?
A. The refund gets credited to your original payment method which you used while placing the order. It may take 7-10 days for the amount to reflect in your respective account.
